My 6 Yr Old Son Has A Low Temp Tonight

My 6 yr old son has a low temp tonight 34.9 - 35.2. He has woken up sweating and slightly distressed although he's just fallen back asleep. He doesn't feel that cold. He has had a slight cold and cough over the last week and received his flu vaccine on Wednesday. He was given liquid paracetamol tonight at 7.30. He's never had such a low temp before. He also suffers from severe viral asthma. Should I be worried?
