My 60 Year Old Healthy Partner, Now Wife, Has Developed

My 60 year old healthy partner, now wife, has developed rather sudden pain on both sides of lungs coming from her back. She has not lifted anything at all but this started this morning and I'd getting increasingly uncomfortable. Hurts all the time but worse when she inhales...non-smoker and non-drinker. Takes high blood pressure medicine, slightly overweight? Puzzling...about a year ago she had some kInd of lung "leak", forgotten the term.
