My 63 Year Old Husband Had A Slight Fever And

My 63 year old husband had a slight fever and was very achey two days ago. Yesterday, his palms of his hands and soles of his feet have fluid filled blisters (not itchy). Today, they are breaking and he is feeling a bit better. Can adults get hand’ foot, and mouth disease?
