My 64 Year Old Brother In Law Has A Very

My 64 year old brother in law has a very large sack of fluid on his right elbow going toward his wrist. It sags in the elbow when he holds up his arm. He does not recall an injury and it doesn't show any bruising. He is a very healthy and active man that does a lot of outdoor water craft sports, camping etc. His range of motion is normal.
