My 6month Old Grandson Is Doing Some Side To Side

My 6month old grandson is doing some side to side head rolling (akaStevieWonder style). It is usually on the changing table when he is interacting with me and ever happy. He has great eye contact and a very happy giggly baby. He even gives kisses already. Is this a cause for concern
