My 7-month-old baby girl has fever from yesterday morning which is spiking up to 102.3 degrees on digital temperature. My doctor prescribed Paracetamol Drops which are not at all helping. When her temperature spiked to 103, I gave her Ibugesic 2.5 ml and the fever quickly came down. By what frequency can I use Ibugesic.
