My 7 Month Old Puppy Has Had 2 Or 3

My 7 month old puppy has had 2 or 3 globs of light greenish discharge in the corner of her eye throughout today and it appears to be red. Not bothering her daily activity or demeanor. We live on the edge of a valley and she is in the woods daily. Should I take her to the vet?
