My 7 Nd A Half Months Old Baby Is Suffering

My 7 nd a half months old baby is suffering from high fever..around 102.5..dr has suggested me to give calpol 120mg in 4.5ml..but even after giving calpol the fever is not getting down..he is also suffering from loose motion which is mainly green in colour..though the frequency of motion has reduced..but the fever remains high..feeding and urination normal..
What medicine should i give?please advise
