My 7 Year Old Boy Has 1 Of His Spine

My 7 year old boy has 1 of his spine bones that is sticking out further than the rest and to the touch it feels bigger than the rest should I be concerned? He fell on April 12th where he scratched his hip on the back and a small scratch above where the spine seems bigger. Even when I move the skin the bone is still noticably bigger. It doesn't hurt him when I touch or push on it.
