My 7 Year Old Complains Of Pain In Her Lower

My 7 year old complains of pain in her lower abdomen especially after elimination. It is sometimes accompanied by a headache or even stomach pain. This has been going on for about 6 months. Her Doctor says she may need more fiber or more water but she eats and drinks the same as my other 4 grandchildren that live here. What could it be?
