My 7 Year Old Daughter Has Been "tasting" Our Deodorants.

My 7 year old daughter has been "tasting" our deodorants. She only licks the lid on sporadic occasions. Should I be worried or just a phase? No significant medical history except night terrors from the age of 2 until about 6 and occasionally; 3 day EEG performed where neurologist explained results as a child with an overactive "super smart" brain could this be a possible cause?
