My 7 Year Old Daughter Has Complained Of Severe Stomach

My 7 year old daughter has complained of severe stomach aches every afternoon for the last 7 days. She is fine for the morning, but then crashes in the afternoon and does not want to move due to the pain and nausea. There is no constipation or bladder issues. She vomited one afternoon and has a mild fever.
