My 7 Year Old Daughter Is Day 7 Recovery From

My 7 year old daughter is day 7 recovery from tonsillectomy. She has had no bleeding and has been eating & drinking. She is taking pain medication. We have booked an 1 hour flight interstate tomorrow and wanted to know if it was safe for her to travel.
Will the air pressure cause bleeding or should we cancel the travel? Thankyou.
