My 7 Year Old Daughter Is Not Feeling Herself .

My 7 year old daughter is not feeling herself . She complains of her one ear hurting her and being itchy. I looked in her ear with a flash light and it looks like she has green build up. Should I be concerned of the green wax in her ears? She has had a cough for several days now. She has seasonal allergies. She is getting her tonsils, adenoids and tubes put in her ears in 2 weeks
