My 7 Year Old Daughter Whom Has Never Had Bed

My 7 year old daughter whom has never had bed wetting issues, or accidents during the day previously now is having them. She wets her pants saying she could not get to the bathroom fast enough. When I asked her why she held it or waited she explained to me she does not hold it she doesn't feel that she has to go until it is almost too late and if she does not hurry than it is too late.
Basically i get that she does not feel the full bladder sensation. she has been taken by her dad out of state and I have heard of incidents where a ten year old boy was taking bad pics of her.. Is this a result of sexual abuse? should I be concerned that more than just a picture being taken is what may have happened to her?
Am I over reacting? Or would taking her to a doctor be advisable? She has been through much trauma with this separation and divorce and being taken out of state and kept from her mom and I do not want to add to this trauma by making up bad thoughts in my head and over reacting.
