My 7 Year Old Grandson Presented With A Swollen &

My 7 year old grandson presented with a swollen & sore to touch calf muscle when I picked him up early last evening. It hurts to walk and can only hop. I put an ice pack on it when he went to bed and have just checked when he awoke this morning and asked him to get out of bed and see if it was any better - which he did but said it was still sore and hopped back into bed.
