My 7 Year Old Had A Fever For 4 Days.

My 7 year old had a fever for 4 days. Then, when the fever went had a really low temp instead!
He is now in bed , with a temp of 34.5, but sweating. The only other thing he has complained of, was sore legs, for a few days. And headaches...
Should i be worried about his low temp?!
