My 7 Year Old Has A Bite On Her Shoulder

My 7 year old has a bite on her shoulder that is huge, has an extremely large red circle and has a small pus pocket in the middle, she also has one on her face with a raised white dot in the middle and one under her breast. What are these? Should I take her to the ER? They are very itchy and painful and hard where the dots are.
