My 7 Year Old Son Has Had A Fever Since

My 7 year old son has had a fever since Monday. He has swollen tonsils with white spots, visible blood capillaries on the surface of the tonsils, and the tonsils look lumpy. The doctors have ruled out strep and mono. I am very concerned. My son looks pale and has low energy.
