My 7 Yo Son Has Had A Fever, Cough, Green

My 7 yo son has had a fever, cough, green snotty nose for almost a week now, and now he has green puss looking stuff coming from his eyes. The fever only lasted a couple of days, but the cough and snot is still remain. Is this a sinus infection that needs antibiotics?
