My 7 Yo Son Pmh Jra Has Had A Feeling

My 7 yo son pmh jra has had a feeling like something was in the back of his throat or he was having increased difficulty swallowing x approx 15 days. Hx of ana react req epi and steroids 12 days ago and strep 1 week ago. Now drinking only coca-cola. States inability to swallow other food including yogurt. Taste seems to be altered. Weight loss of 5 lbs over 2 wks( 55 lbs to 50 lbs). Labs pending but I feel like there is more and we are missing something and moving too slowly...
