My 7 Yr Old Daughter Has A Really Bad Belly

My 7 yr old daughter has a really bad belly ache, she's been eating & drinking normally & keeping everything down, she hasn't thrown up once. Her bowel movements have been normal also. Last week she had the exact same symptoms & for 3 days or so & went to Dr., who said was probably had a virus & she was getting better, because she had been feeling better that am. I gave her a little bit more than .1ml of promethazine 12.5/.1 gel, because she woke up it hurt so bad, about an hour ago & it hasn't helped at all. She says her whole abdomen hurts, there no specific area that hurts more than the rest. I don't know what to do. Can someone help please??
