My 70 Year Old Mother Feels Dry Mouth And Lack

My 70 year old mother feels dry mouth and lack of saliva, hoarse throat continuously for last one year. She doesn't suffer from diabetes. She takes medicines for stomach problems. In her knees also there is tension and pain, for which she takes homeopathic medicines. In July 2015, she fell in bathroom and there was crak in neck bone for which she got treatment. But this problem of drying mouth is making her life very miserable 24 hours.
