My 78 Year Old Friend Has A Acute On Chronic

My 78 year old friend has a acute on chronic subdual hematoma. Her Glasgow coma scale is 15/15.

Her only symptom is a headache which comes and goes. We are from Chicago but are in jersusalem Hadasseh hospital. Is it ok for her to fly home tomorrow so Medicare can pay for her care?
