My 79 Year Old Mother Has Been Diagnosed With A-fib.

My 79 year old mother has been diagnosed with a-fib. A couple of more tests, but it appearsas if they are going to suggest a blood thinner. Your opinion - which is safer and easier for a generally healthy 79 year old female with very little health issues other than having advanced macular degeneration? Seems like our options are Warfarin, Xarelto, Eliquis or Pradaxa.
