My 79 Year Old Mother Is Tired All The Time

My 79 year old mother is tired all the time and gets out of breath while walking a few feet. She is on high blood pressure medicine and has seen a cardiologist which all the test turned out great. I am worried that something else my be going on. Her doctor recently increased her blood pressure medicine - could this be causing the symptoms? Thank you!
