My 7yr Old Has A Large Hard Lump On Her

My 7yr old has a large hard lump on her armpit, size of a walnut. It does not hurt to touch & no discomfort.
She just started to get under arm odor in the past 3months. I use Tom's deodarent that is all natural ingrediants.
