My 8 9 Year Old Father Has Heart Failure And

My 8 9 year old father has heart failure and has been prescribed bisoprolol and ramipril for the last 9 months. His blood pressure has been low since using the drugs and suddenly today the heart failure nurse has stopped both tablets and wants my dad to use water tablets only as his legs are very swollen. Why has these tablets been stopped?
