My 8 Month Old Daughter Has Been Throwing Up Since

My 8 month old daughter has been throwing up since this morning about 15 mins after she eats, every time she eats. And yes it is vomit. Projectile. She's been real fussy and tired, except for a little bit of time after she throws up. What should I do? Should I take her to children's? Or should I wait til Monday? Just worried that she hasn't kept anything down all day.
