My 8 Month Old Son Started Blinking His Eyes Hard.

My 8 month old son started blinking his eyes hard. It looks like a tic or possibly a seizure? From what I see online, Tourette's does not start until about 5yo. When I've seen videos of absent seizures, the eyes usually flutter rather than a hard blink. What could his eye blinking be?

This morning he did it several times in a 5-10 minute time frame.
