My 8 Year Grandson Fell On His Bicycle A Couple

My 8 year grandson fell on his bicycle a couple of hours ago and injured his penis. A couple of scratches that bled and you can see some bruising. I have given him some Tylenol for pain and we are icing it. He seems to be bouncing back to normal and was wondering if there is anything I should be watchful of. He went to the bathroom already and I should have thought to look for blood but will when he goes again before bedtime.
