My 8 Year Old Grandson Is Having A Very Hard

My 8 year old Grandson is having a very hard time talking in sentences. he is getting worse everyday
we started noticing this about 4 weeks ago. He is asking his sister to finish sentences for him and is getting close to the point we can't understand his speech. he has always had a hard time with some words but now he has a hard time with most words.
