My 8 Year Old Daughter Had Fever 1 Week Ago

My 8 year old daughter had fever 1 week ago with ache body head ache some minor cold symptoms. Last week she went back to school was still tired had minor head aches & body pain fever no higher than 99 degrees. Last night her fever came back had she's been vomiting & having diarrhea. Don't know I the two illnesses are related or she just had a cold & now the stomach flu?
