My 8 Year Old Daughter Has About Four Red Pimples

My 8 year old daughter has about four red pimples on face and is running low grade fevers no more than 102.4. She has a very bad phlegm filled throat but no other symptoms. Checked throat cannot see spots. Strep was running rampant through her school right at the end of December. Any thoughts?
