My 8 Year Old Fell On The Monkey Bars And

My 8 year old fell on the Monkey bars and hit her lower stomach. She has a very large bruise. She did not tell anyone for a few days and now says that she has a brownish discharge in her underwear. We called her doctor and they won't see her for three more days. Is there something that we need to worry about?
