My 8 Year Old Has Had Redness Under Her Eye

My 8 year old has had redness under her eye (puffy) and around her mouth and left cheek since Saturday morning. Her fever is running around 99.5. It seemed to be hives, but it isn't going away on it's own. I thought it might be an allergy but she hasn't eaten anything different. She's complaining off and on of nausea and aches. Should she be seen.
