My 8 Year Old Is Having Palpitations With Chest Pain

My 8 year old is having palpitations with chest pain they've discovered a heart murmur and ectopic beat, she's had 2 ECGs both ok apparently but the paps are becoming more frequent and lasting longer she's got a monitor on for 7 days but the cardiologist who needs to do an echocardiogram says it's not urgent so she has to wait until March for her appointment does this sound right?
