My 8 Year Old Nephew Is Having Eating Issues. He

My 8 year old nephew is having eating issues. He has gotten so thin it is noticeable. He is in the bathroom an awful lot. His father took him to the emergency room a couple of weeks ago and my nephew got an enema. The issue has still continued. He is in the bathroom a lot on the toilet. I am worried because he is starting to look too thin.
