My 8 Year Old Son Recently Presented With Small Red

My 8 year old son recently presented with small red bites or blisters around his mouth and chin. Started with only 1 or 2 a week or so ago, and now there are 8 or nine. They're small and not itchy or painful, but some do have a hint of a blister on top. He also has had 2 mouth ulcers that appeared at the same time on the inside of his lip. Doesn't look like impetigo to me and is not crusty or weeping.
