My 8 Yr Old Daughter Has Had A Large Mole

My 8 yr old daughter has had a large mole near her temple in the hair line. She has had it since she was one and the pediatrician said it was nothing to be concerned about. I look at it frequently and has always looked the same. Tonight though she said it felt like she had a bruise on her head and when she pointed to where it was right on the mole. The mole now looks minimally raised in the center with maybe some clear fluid.....
