My 8 Yr Old Son Suffers From Allergies. He Was

My 8 yr old son suffers from allergies. He was bitten by a tick, that the dr removed on Friday. He has been fine, except that he played outside yesterday with a friend. Now his right eyelid is swollen, and his face has a series of tiny bumps all over. Similar to a rash... He has had this "rash" before. I have nystatin and triamcinolone, and mupirocin. Can I use one of those?
