My 82 Year Old Husband, In Good Health, Goes To

My 82 year old husband, in good health, goes to work every day, just fell getting out of bed when trying to get to the toilet. He then fell 2x more. He was able to get up with difficulty and is now in bed. He is sprawled across the bed and is not able to move easily. I gave him 2 aspirin and wonder if I should let him sleep. I can't tell if he is slurring words. It almost seems like he is drunk but he does not drink and just the evening before we returned from a trip to the U.K., he has a pacemaker.
