My 82yr Old Mother All Of A Sudden Is So

My 82yr old mother all of a sudden is so fatigued lightheaded pressure on chest sometimes trouble breathing. In the last month she has been to the er 3 times. She's had an angio which shows no blockages. Had an echo showing nothing wrong. Had a cat scan. All good. Anything else could be causing these symptoms?
