My 83 Year Old Mom Had A Stroke Jan.9, 2016

My 83 year old Mom had a stroke Jan.9, 2016 which resulted in paralysis of left arm and leg. She has been at an "in-patient" rehab facility and is making good progress in the use of her leg and arm. This week she developed 2 clots in her left leg and in her lung. She was taken to a regular hospital and observed and administered Lovocor(by injection-1shot every 12 hours) and Pradaxa (150 mg by mouth 2x/day). She is being discharged back to the rehab facility today. My question is: what is the recommendation for travel and timing for her via any mode of transportation to get her from Chattanooga, TN to Dallas, TX where she will be continuing her recovery and physical therapy?
