My 83 Year Old Husband Has Been Diagnosed With A

My 83 year old husband has been diagnosed with a basil cell on his nose right next to his cheek, a very difficult spot to remove so radiation has been suggested. My big concern is as follows, he is an advanced alzheimers patient and in a very weak physical condition. How will 20 radiation treatments effect him? Also, how long would this basil cell cause problems with his seinisis. I don't know if his body would be able to handle five days a week for four weeks of radiation. Please HELP
