My 84 Year Old Mother Has A Diagnosis Of Alzheimers,

My 84 Year old mother has a diagnosis of alzheimers, leukemia, COPD, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and has a heart stint. She required back surgery in 2012 and has been treated for depression since then. Her neurologist wants to add a medication to her list of 19. When I ask about drug interactions from any of her 6 doctors, I never really get a good answer. When I ask her pharmacist, he says he wouldn't second guess her doctors. Is there someone who could check her meds and see if there are dangerous interactions?
