My 84 Y/o Friend Has Been Have BP Problems Was

My 84 y/o friend has been have BP problems was high and now taking new med and it is 116/53 he feels awful, yesterday nose bleeds for close to 2 hours he had open heart surgery last year and takes warfarin. The levels never seem right he is stubborn so any help would be great
