My 84 Year Old Mother Is In An Assisted Living

My 84 year old mother is in an assisted living facility. She has been diagnosed with dementia. The nurse practitioner there called me today to recommend starting mother on Zoloft because of her sporadic aggressive behavior towards other elderly persons living there. I am not in favor of it. Can you give me an opinion based on what I have just described?
