My 85 Yr Old Mom Is Experiencing Issues With Afib.

My 85 yr old mom is experiencing issues with afib. She has a pacemaker and is currently in the hospital after congestive heart failure. She did not have a heart attack and the catherization showed no damage or clogged arteries. They are currently adjusting her medications. Toporal, dijoxen, baby aspirin. How long does it usually take to get used to a pace maker?
