My 86 Year Old Mother Just Told Me Of These

My 86 year old mother just told me of these symptoms and I'm trying to decide whether to take her to an emergency room now or wait for her primary care doctor at 9:00 in the morning: pain in side (2 weeks), diarrhea (3 weeks), nausea (2 days), fever (1 day). I'm thinking gall bladder but it could be several other things. Emergency room now or doctor in the morning? Thanks.
